This update is for two bug fixes and balancing changes

Bug fixes:
- Fixed Fiend randomly going invisible after 3rd loop
- Fixed The Device number 3 not appearing on 3rd loop of 2nd level

Balance changes:
-Reduced hunger speed increase
-Increased max hunger speed
